from imports and exports was 1,405 billion VND (sharing 18.5%),
increasing by 18.7%.

Total state budget balancing expenditure in the province in 2018
reached 7,519.7 billion VND, an increase of 43.9% over the previous

year, of which, expenditure on development investment gained
2,517.4 billion VND (accounting for 33.5% of the total balancing
expenditure); recurrent expenditure was 5,001.3 billion VND (making
up 66.5%), rising by 36.2% compared to that in 2017.

3. Insurance

In 2018, in the whole province, there were 127,054 million

persons participated in social insurance, an increase of 15.4% over
that in 2017; the health insurance was 704,020 persons, a rise of 9.8%
and the unemployment insurance was 114,451 persons, going up by
10.1% compared to 2017.

Total insurance revenue in 2018 was estimated to reach 2,385

billion VND, an increase of 20.4% compared to 2017. Of which: the
social insurance revenue achieved 1,509 billion VND, accounting for
63.3%; the health insurance revenue was 764.0 billion VND, making
up 32.0%; the unemployment insurance revenue was 112.0 billion
VND, representing 4.7%.

Total insurance expenditure in 2018 was 2,857 billion VND, a
growth of 12.1% over 2017, of which the social insurance expenditure
was 2,034 billion VND, representing 71.2%; the health insurance
expenditure was 778.0 billion VND, making up 27.2%; the
unemployment insurance expenditure was 45 billion VND, accounting

for 1.6%.

4. Construction and investment

Total investment in the province in 2018 at current prices
reached 28,946 billion VND, an increase of 23.2% compared to that in
